I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, facing the beautiful lake and mountains, and the bed was so comfortable. The self-catering facilities were perfect, and having a balcony with those stunning views made it even more special. The service was top-notch, providing a fan to make my stay even better. However, the limited availability of breakfast was a bit of a downside. The location couldn't have been better, right opposite the lake and close to everything. Although the dining options were not very varied, the facilities were great, especially being so close to the peaceful location by the lake.

The service was very nice and helpful, although I had a minor issue on the first night. The location was excellent, close to the lake and tourist attractions. My stay at the hotel was just what my family needed. The modern room with a kitchenette was perfect for my wife, son, and me; it was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. The service was exceptional with staff readily available to assist, provide suggestions, and solve any issues. The location, although slightly out of the way, was ideal with easy access to public transport and close proximity to the beautiful Lake Geneva. Despite some dining limitations, overall, the hotel offered excellent value for money.

My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms offered breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from the balcony, and the mini kitchen facilities were a great addition.
